We are a quiet, friendly couple in our early fifties who have been together for over 30 years. We are currently looking for a long-term one-bedroom basement suite with utilities and wifi included, and shared laundry would be preferred. Our maximum budget is $1,750 per month. We are both fully employed.
We also have one lovely elderly indoor cat named Waffles. He is very calm and well-behaved.

Our current landlord is asking for the rental unit back, so we are searching for a new long-term home. Ideally, we are looking for a move-in date around July 15th, though we do have until September 1st to relocate.
