Do you have a condo that you want to leave to a grandchild, but they are way too young. Yes you could rent it out and deal with
tenants on and off and all of the issues that come along with them. You could leave it empty for years and pay maintenance and taxes. Well I have a solution for you. I am a 72 year old woman looking for a place in Vancouver to live in until I die. I am clean,
quiet, respectful and very reliable. I lived in Vancouver for over 40 years, retired and moved to Saskatchewan where living was much cheaper than Vancouver. I now live in Ontario and really would love to move back to BC where all my friends are. So here
is what I can offer. Under a legal contract (which I will pay for), you allow me to live in your condo until I die. I figure that would
be anywhere from 10 to 15 years. I pay the taxes, maintenance fees and agreeable assessments. I upgrade and renovate the suite during my occupancy. I lived in Condos in Vancouver where I was the president on the council/board and had to explain how this works to owners at AGM’s who insisted that this was a rental when legally it is not. You can sit back and not have to worry about
your property until my life expires. The condo stays in your name and is well maintained. Please contact me if you are interested or have questions.
