What we’re looking for:
Entire house (no shared spaces)
Minimum 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
Fully fenced yard (important for our dog)
Laundry included
Located between UBC and Main Street in Vancouver
What we offer:
$2,500/month (including utilities such as heat; we will cover our own internet/cable)
Minimum 2-year commitment
Meticulous care of both interior and exterior of the home
Ongoing lawn, garden, and general property maintenance handled professionally
