Housing Needed URGENTLY! - $1500 MAX incl Utilities. (Vancouver)

I am in URGENT need of housing in the Vancouver area, I am currently living in a female homeless shelter and my "move out date" notice is for Jan 31. I am recovering from a recent mass being removed from one of my ovaries, along with one of my tubes and am requiring at least one or two more surgeries due to some new issues developing. I am not a drug addict and don't consume alcohol except on rare occasions. I am in my mid 50's, very respectful, I treat others how I want to be treated. I am very clean, quiet and take pride in taking care of my home. I have excellent references and from previous landlords that I have maintained long lasting friendships - some for 30 years. I don't have any pets nor do I have plans to get any.
I am on disability and will receive a subsidy to cover a portion of my rent, so the max is $1500 but must include utilities. This subsidy is guaranteed for 5 years, unlike others that only are guaranteed for 6 months or 1 year. So rent will always be paid on time, guaranteed. I CANNOT live in any other metro areas - North Van, BBY etc. it MUST be in Vancouver. I am NOT interested in ANY form of shared spaces, as I require privacy and do not wish to inflict my issues on anyone else except the people and orgs that I work with.
