August 1st - Working professional seeking apartment (Vancouver)

I am interested in the neighbourhoods around Trout Lake, Mount Pleasant, or Cambie Village.
I work full-time as a creative professional. I have great landlord & work references, a strong credit score, tenants insurance, do no smoke, and do not own any pets. I have lived in Vancouver for the past 10 years, and I have lived in my current place for the last 5 years. My reason for moving is to be closer to friends and family.
