Yoga is a healing journey that brings balance in all aspects of life by building a deeper connection with who you are.
Why: One-to-one is the traditional way of teaching yoga, allowing you to fully explore yoga’s holistic and therapeutic applications. The aim is to empower you and bring awareness to the different layers of the body and mind, through a practice designed according to your needs.
What: I offer Vinyasa, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Therapeutic Yoga classes, plus Philosophy modules, to all levels of practitioners, from beginners to advanced.
How: Each session is 60 to 90 minutes long, and includes asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation/meditation techniques.
Where: location most convenient to you - your workplace at lunchtime, before or after work hours, in the comfort of your home, or at the yoga studio.
(Must have a reasonable space indoors; outdoor locations are an option for spring/summertime)
