I have for sale a solid oak credenza that is solid oak through and through.
It is in great condition. A friend who is a master carpenter mentioned that to make one like this new today would be around $7K.
It has two drawers for holding files, with metal brackets for both legal and letter configuration sizes, and the left side has an adjustable height shelf.
The size is 70 inches long, 20 inches wide and 28.25 inches high, or 178 cm x 51 cm x 72 cm high
Being solid oak it is very heavy, so you will need to bring 2 or more strong men. It can be taken straight out to the back deck and down one flight of stairs, 12 steps
I have a driveway in the back of the house, so you don’t need to take if far.
