Cherry wood (heavy/solid) - formal dining room table with 6 chairs- 2 captain & 4 armless- the upholstered padded seats are larger than a standard size chair. The solid wood backs off the chairs are inlaid with a diamond shape enclosed by an "X".
1 chair - need extra padding or just use a extra cushion
The table has 2 additional leaves. The Tabletop has a glass panel on each end that is marked with the signature "X" for this style.
This really is a gorgeous table and chairs are in excellent condition!
