Solid wood with a motorized center section. Originally designed to enclose a TV, then it was home for a computer monitor and lap top. Would be a great liquor cabinet. The remote for the motor which lifts the center section isn't working. Possibly a new remote could be synched or a replacement motor is available from the lift supplier in California. The center section can be raised and lowered manually from inside on the left hand side. At the time the cabinet was built cost for the motor alone was approx. $2500. Total cost in 1998 for this custom design build was $8300.
Overall the piece is in good condition with minor scratches etc. however a fresh refinishing and waxing would definitely remove any scratches etc. It's very heavy however, the shelving & drawers can be removed.
Motorized inner section is approx.: 28" w x 19" d x 23.5" h and motorized center approx: 28" w x 19" d x 23.5" h
