Looking for Experienced Assistant Bar Manager for closing shifts
This is working Bar Manager position 100% behind the Bar and floor so Experience in Bartending is a must.
High Tip Position
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment
Deliver outstanding customer service—engaging guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations
Handle cash and operate the POS system with accuracy, supervise the floor and bar
Monitor inventory and support ordering and stock management
Uphold all health, safety, and responsible service standards
Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food orders
Support daily operations and contribute to a positive, motivated workplace
What You Bring
Experience in bartending, serving, or hospitality/Pub management
Strong time‑management skills and the ability to thrive during busy periods
A welcoming, customer‑focused approach that makes guests feel at home
Basic math and cash-handling confidence
Familiarity with POS systems such as Squirrel
A passion for hospitality and an understanding of guest expectations
Weekends Must
Should have own transportation
SIR Certificate is a must
