Some LED Chandeliers make a buzz or hum when dimmed with normal dimmers, even those Lutron / Leviton dimmers designed for LED / CFL. Those normal dimmers are called leading-edge dimmers. The one available here for sale is called a trailing-edge dimmer which is significantly more expensive but develops a "nicer" electricity waveform when dimmed, eliminating most noise from the led fixture.
Lutron calls their version an Electronic Low Voltage Dimmer. You can read about it online. Lutron and Leviton know that when you want to have a silent fixture, you really want it. So they are happy to make you spend over $130 for just a dimmer.....

Anyway, this one is used but works great. You can save a little and buy used for the same product. I bought two and the other one is installed and keeping things quiet~~

The Maestro ELV Dimmer from Lutron allows you to dim a light fixture from multiple locations. Use this product in 600-Watt Electronic Low-Voltage applications. The easy-to-operate tap switch turns lights on/off to your favorite light level or taps twice for full on. Press, hold and release the switch for delayed fade-to-off.
