Pacific Spirit School is a small, inclusive, arts enriched independent school in Vancouver. We are seeking a part-time inclusive education teacher with a specialty in science and math subjects for our small group of 20-25 secondary students. Full-time opportunity also possible for the right candidate. Details about the position:

*Neuro-affirming, youth centred, adaptable approach needed
*Working with students in small multi-age groups (8-14 students/cohort)
*Ability to deliver math and science curriculum to students
- Science 8-10
- Environmental Science 11-12
- Math 8-9
- Workplace Math 10-11
- Foundations & Pre-Calc 10
- Pre-calc 11-12
*Math specialist available to assist also
*Attachment-based educational approach would be a great fit
*Joy in working with teenagers helpful!
*Working as part of a tight knit team with humanities and art educators
*Valid BC Teaching Certification required
*Part-time--four days per week M-Th 8:30-12:30 plus staff meetings and special events during the year
*School location: 938 W 8th Ave in Vancouver
