Custom 2005 Ford E250 Camper Van - $15,000 (Vancouver)

It has been a solid and reliable rig for trips across mainland BC and Vancouver Island, and its high clearance handles logging roads without any issues. The van runs great and is ready for its next owner.
The Van & The Build:
- Vehicle: 2005 Ford E250 Extended Cargo Van
- Engine: 4.6L V8 with only 188,000 km (very low for the year). Slowly growing as I keep using it for trips.
- Layout: The extended version allows for a permanent full-size bed in the back while leaving ample living space and storage.
Recent Maintenance & Upgrades:
- New Transmission (September 2025): The van has a recently replaced transmission. It runs perfectly and shifts very smoothly.
- New Rear Brake Pads & Steering Center/Drag Link (July 2025).
- All Spark Plugs Replaced (November 2024).
- Regular Oil Changes performed every 5,000-6,000 km. Last one done January 2026.
- Brake fluid flush and change (January 2026).
Powerful Off-Grid Electrical System:
- Built with quality components for reliable power anywhere.
- 2 x 100Ah Renogy Self-Heating Lithium Batteries (excellent for all seasons)
- 60A Renogy DC-DC Charger (charges the house batteries while driving)
- Properly wired with heavy-gauge cables and a central fuse box.
- Ports: 4 x USB-C, 2 x USB-A 3.1, 2 x 12V cigarette lighter plugs
- Dimmable ceiling lights
Appliances & Comfort:
- Highly efficient 12V fridge that can freeze down to -20°C on a low 3.5A draw.
- Full-size bed and mattress.
- Custom-built cabinets for plenty of storage.
- Stove and a 20lb propane tank included.
- Diesel heater.
Please Note:
- ABS Light: The rear ABS sensor is disconnected (it has been since before I bought it in 2021). The front ABS works perfectly.
- Check Engine Light: The light is on due to the removal of the catalytic converters.
