Triple layered fibreglass roof, solid, insulated.
Cargo itself is 6ft high, 5’5 wide, 10ft long, this has tons of space.
Automatic transmission.
BFGoodrich all-terrain tires (winter-rated with snowflake)
Rear airbags for ride height adjustment.
High clearance for FSR’s and driving in snow.
Custom roof rack & internal structural frame (perfect for hanging gear or hammock)
Aftermarket head unit (Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, rear camera), really good audio speakers. 2 usb charge.
Solid custom rear step & 2inches hitch receiver.
Air conditioning/heating and vents work really good.
Electric driver seats adjustments and windows.
It drives really well, no known issue.
Gas consumption isn't too bad if you got a light foot really. It's a v8 after all.
Temperature has been completely steady, it doesn’t leak or use any coolant/ oil.
Brakes work very well and have been recently serviced.
Transmission is smooth, oil has been changed at 172k.
New engine oil and filter at 171k.
Interior Build:
Thinsulate insulation, acoustic liner, and grooved ply-panelled walls
1” XPS insulation underfloor, 3/8” birch ply, vinyl flooring.
Roof is a 3 layers insulated fiberglass.
Double memory foam mattress, 20cm thick, high quality. No sheeting/pillow included.
100w solar panel on roof.
500w jackery portable power station with AC, 12v and usb outlets. (You can also charge it from a standard house 12v outlet).
Dometic 35 liters 12 plug-in fridge, the best thing ever. Costs $1200 new.
Roof vent fan installed, 4 speed.
No leaking anywhere inside the van.
Basic conversion with storage on the sides, lots of space under the bed (has 3 bike axle mounts), kitchen counter, storage shelves.
Removable bed base if you want the space.
Or if you want a fresh start, take one hour and a drill and you can take all of the build off.
Custom cheap rear window covers and a curtain.
6 usb light pods on ceiling with a remote for adjustability.
Lots of storage over the cockpit.
I also have another new 100w solar panel as well as a new diesel heater in the box I will give with the van.
Cons:
Sliding door handle snapped off (opens fine from the inside). I have the handle but I never looked into fixing it.
No spare tire.
Power lock with the FOB key is little finicky. I also have two standard keys.
Van has a little rust here and there but very good for its age.
Missing one wheel cap.
Cruise control doesn't work.
Great ready to go vanlife vehicule.
I need something smaller.
