Office Administrative Assistant is required for a sign company located in Surrey. This is a full-time, long term position.
The key duties include
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Must have QuickBooks experience
- Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer or appropriate person
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Issuing Invoices and making payments to vendors.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Perform other day to day activities as advised.
