Make Fruit Trees Become Happy

An article says $220B is lost annually to plant diseases. Southern Europe and Northern Africa olive trees, some 1,000 years old, are dying. There is (to them) no known cure. This "Olive Tree Leprosy" appeared in Malta, Sicily, Italy, in 2013. I only read about it a week or so ago. Canadians discovered how to save dying trees like these more than 20 years ago. Unfortunately, I don't speak any of those languages. Recently, France only started losing olive trees to Olive tree leprosy. Olive grove farmers wanting to save their operations need to contact me by phone. One article said olive farms in Andalucia are just being "abandoned".

We're interested in hearing from people with fruit trees (or orchards) that are dying, or have lost vigor.
