I currently have a 100sqft hair studio and looking to move somewhere between Commercial Drive and Olympic Village. Just for one person to work in. Hoping to find another tiny commercial space, room within an office, art studio or warehouse building. Not opposed to an unconventional setup. Happy to invest some money to make it nice, lightly renovate, properly license/zone. I don’t need a storefront or any signage but require a window and access to water for a sink or to refill a portable sink. If you might have a space that could work let’s chat!
