Canuck Pottery Evangeline Ware Horses, Two 7.75 Inch Horse Figurines, Orange on Dark Brown Drip Glaze, circa 1960s
This pair of hard to find Evangeline Ware figurines are fantastic pieces of 1960s Canadiana. Produced by Canuck Pottery (not to be confused with Blue Mountain Pottery), the red clay ceramic horses stand 7.75 inches tall and feature an exquisite orange/red drip glaze on dark brown base: a mesmerizing sixties color set. The pieces are identical with "Richmond B.C." gold script label on the base of both figure. Both are in mint condition, no chips or damage like new.
