Large Grained Leather Ivory Tote *Brand New With Tags* - $100 (Vancouver)

I do not know if this is real leather, but it feels like it. Could be faux leather or vegan leather. The handle protection has not even been removed, so this bag has literally never been worn anywhere. The label on the bag says "The Row". I think it is meant to look like this bag (which has a much, much higher price tag, lol!):
