Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction required (preferably residential or custom-home projects).
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination or support roles in the construction field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to safety and quality.
- Ability to work with trades, clients, internal teams and maintain strong documentation and schedules.
Key Responsibilities
As our Construction Project Assistant, you will support the project team by:
- Assisting in scheduling, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation.
- Supporting on-site coordination between trades, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Helping enforce safety protocols and quality standards on-site and in the field.
- Maintaining logs, reports, and assisting in client updates as projects move through phases.
