With my program I will provide you with a set of tools to be able to think for themselves in regards to their health and fitness goals. You will gain an understanding of nutrition and different methods of training based on your goals and comfortably utilize these skills in your daily life. I want you to be able to think long term by practicing discipline and patience while achieving your short-term goals.
I will organize a program based on your specific goals and needs. If you are looking into weight loss, strength training, discipline training or just fitness for general health, contact me and we will try to find something that works for you.
Hourly Rate: 50$/hr
1 month program (500$) – 3 days a week – 60 minute sessions – will include mixture of strength training and weight loss – this program would be a good indicator to see if we are the right fit for each other.
3 month program (470$) – 3 days a week – 70 minute sessions – will include strength training and weight loss. More focus on nutrition. With a longer program, I’ll be able to assess how your body reacts to certain training and diets. This plan will have you see recognizable improvements.
6 month program (450$) – amount of days could vary, depending on your progress and need – 60 minute sessions – will include strength training and weight loss, more focus around building discipline – more detailed diet plan. This plan will allow for lifestyle changes as well as significant improvements in physique and health.
I never recommend anyone to evaluate their physical fitness in a span of a month. You should be able to see slight changes, but for the first month your body is just trying to adapt to your new lifestyle so you’ll be mostly sore or recovering. However, if you want to see significant improvements in your physique and health, just like anything else, you’ve got to put the work in and be patient.
If you want to benefit from my programs, I need you to invest some time and effort into this. Life is very random and we have to deal with things as they approach us. It’s very difficult to plan a long-term goal and stick to it for the entirety of that period of time. Because you’re bombarded with so many challenges on a daily basis, it’s hard to keep your vision focused on your goal. And that is where discipline comes into play. To stay focused and on track you’ve got to be equipped with tools to be able to combat these challenges.
I approach fitness and health the same way. To be able to stay healthy and have a functional body you have to approach your day to day tasks in a way that allows you to maintain that vision. My ultimate goal is for you to have enough knowledge about your own body to be able to create your own training and diet program after 6 months.
I studied human kinetics for 3 years which equipped me with the theories surrounding nutrition, physiology and sport psychology. However, I learned a lot more about training and dieting when I competed as a bodybuilder.
