My name is Tony and I am a Trainer/Coach at UFK Martial Arts Denman. I also offer personal and group trainings. Personal training, packages, and monthly rates. My goal is to help you achieve your fitness and health goals by getting started and getting the results you want! Whether you want to train self-defense or just fitness.

Learning self defense can be really useful and practical. Having the ability to protect yourself and your loved ones are one of the most valuable assets you can have. Not only is it useful but it is great for the body, mind, and soul. Training will help you gain more self-confidence, boost self-esteem, enhance awareness, focus, and self-discipline. You will see results in balance, endurance, flexibility, fat loss, increase muscle definitions and strength, improve cardiovascular, physical, and mental health.

12+ years of Martial Arts experience. Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (BJJ), Gi / No-Gi, Submissions, Grappling, Judo, kickoxing, Muay Thai, Karate, Sparrings, MMA, Jeet Kune Do (JKD), Trappings, Kali Sticks & Knife, strength & conditioning.

Each session will be one hour long, starting with a warm up and finishing off with a core workout and stretching at the end.
