The Bayliner 4788 is a very popular yacht in The Pacific Northwest. A great layout might be the main reason with the pilothouse, 3 staterooms and 2 heads. There is space to entertain in the open salon and galley and on the spacious aft, bow and bridge decks.
'Afterglow' has been continuously upgraded and proactively maintained over the history of ownership and is loaded with features and upgrades.
This 1994 Bayliner 4788 Pilothouse combines comfort, space and luxury.
Stepping aboard you first notice the robust stainless steel staples on the swim grid adding safety and a terrific look. The large cockpit is fully enclosed offering protection from the elements and a ladder to the boat deck.
The 4788 provides unencumbered movement throughout the vessel. Through a sliding door you enter the spacious open salon with galley to port. To starboard just before going up to the pilothouse is a useful wet bar with sink and ice maker. The large pilothouse offers great visibility, a staircase to the enclosed bridge deck and upper station and two side doors to the fore deck and sides.
The large bridge deck, with its fully appointed helm and generous lounge seating, allows captain and guests to enjoy the views together. On the bow a wide custom lounge seat is sculpted into the fore deck.
From the salon forward you find the the midship guest cabin to port that offers a comfortable double berth and just across the companionway to starboard is the guest/day head complete with shower.
Moving to the bow the separate and versatile side cabin is to port and has an upper and lower bunk. Here a heavy curtain separates the master cabin for more flexibility.
The forward master cabin includes a walk-around double berth, twin hanging lockers and two ceiling hatches / skylights.
The master en-suite has a large vanity and enclosed tub and shower.
