Norco CRD 1 (L) w/ 105 groupset - ideal indoor trainer bike - $600 (Grandview-Woodland)

2010 Norco CRD 1 (hydraformed alumimum tubes w/ carbon fork). I'm the original owner and a bike mechanic, so it's been maintained well since purchase and stored indoors.
Since 2021 it's only been ridden on the trainer. I always use a towel on the bars when I ride and wipe it down after a suffer session. The bar tape's been replaced a couple of times since 2021.
Groupset and wheels replaced in 2021 with a near-new Shimano 105 5800 groupset and wheels (off my teenage son's road bike).
Parts listed below have 7,600km on them, 98% indoors (unless otherwise mentioned):
* 5800 crankset (2x) & BBR60 bottom bracket
* RS-7000 11-28 cassette (11 spd)
* RS-010 wheelset
* 105 5800 brifters (11 spd)
* Vittoria Zaffiro Pro trainer tire 700x23 (~2,000km on the trainer)
INCLUDED BUT NOT INSTALLED
* 105 5800 brake calipers (removed in 2021 when it became a full-time trainer bike)
DOES NOT INCLUDE
* pedals
The asking price is based on the value of the drivetrain, controls and wheels. You're essentially getting the frame and fork thrown in.
