Definitely has some minor wear and tear and missing some original items like the bar across the baby seat (in front of it). Would just use for casual walks on sidewalks.

Baby seat has a bit of forward and backward movement but I think that's just how it is.

There's nothing broken. Just some missing items like the front seat bar as mentioned earlier. Got the job done for us with no issues.

Comes as is, as seen in the pictures. Nothing else included that is not seen in the picture.
