Fantastic piece in great shape, this would have been found in a school over a hundred years ago. Solid oak child's chair with cast iron pedestal base that is marked with Boston, Mass. maker. Untouched with original patina, there is a light surface crack along the top of the back rest but the wood is very solid and intact. This would have been for a very young child likely a kindergartner, the small ones are very hard to find. The seat is 12" high and 23" overall to the top of the backrest, 11 3/4" deep
