Looking for a FURNISHED studio or 1 bedroom appt in downtown or surrounding areas. Shared accommodation with private bathroom and room can be considered. Budget somewhat flexible although ideally around $1500-$1800
-Parking would be great, EV charging a bonus
-Ideally in Yaletown, although flexible for the right place
-Basement suites may be considered although not the top choice
-Ideally 1-6 months, can discuss. Sublets are welcome also

Who am I:
I am a M in my 30's who works for a tech company in downtown. Hybrid work model although will mostly work from home. I don't smoke, nor do I drink unless on special occasions.
