Looking for someone VEGAN (queer-friendly) for a bright home that is unfortunately not pet-friendly.
Rent: $1100 plus utilities
Location: near Rupert Skytrain station
Feature: Full lower level older split house with large front yard and some space at the back with potential to add more plants and herbs. Separate kitchen with appliances. No dishwasher unfortunately. I've got an herb wall in the kitchen. Washer dryer in suite. Separate large living room with almost full window. Shared bathroom. Quiet, residential, tree-lined area with great neighbours.
Room: Large, sunny room with a double bed (can be removed if you have your own furniture).
Super chill lovely neighbour upstairs. I'm a light sleeper and there's barely ever any sound transference during the day, let alone during night time.
About me: I love to cook, bake, garden, play board games, D&D, karaoke, improv, standup, pretty active with camping/hiking, snowboarding (amateur), volleyball, badminton, etc. I don't smoke or drink but the space is 420 friendly.
