Currently, we have a promotion of 1-month free rent on a 13-month lease that will be applied on your first month.
For added information, please take note of the things below:
- Heat and water are included in the rent
- Washer/Dryer are NOT in the suite, but we have a nice laundry facility located in the building.
- BC Hydro & internet are NOT included in the rent
- Parking is extra $150 per stall per month
- Storage locker $45 per month
- Bike room, fitness room, sauna, and outdoor pool are included in the rent
- Tenant Insurance is required before you can get the keys to move in
-Our buildings are pet friendly but they must be 35 lbs and below, and must be spayed/neutered
* Just a heads up, there will be construction in the building starting early next year that will temporarily affect parking and storage lockers. During the construction period, parking and storage will not be available, and residents will need to arrange their own parking and storage elsewhere until the work is completed.
