This is a Part-time, on-site Accounting Clerk role located in Vancouver, BC. The Accounting Clerk will handle daily bookkeeping, maintain accurate financial records, and utilize accounting software to manage transactions. Responsibilities include data entry, preparing monthly invoices, calling for AR, managing AP entries, use Quick Books on daily basis and assisting with various accounting tasks to support the finance team. The Accounting Clerk will contribute to the efficient operation of the company's financial processes while ensuring accuracy and accountability in all responsibilities.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Accounting Software Quickbooks
Experience with Finance and Accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with Canadian financial regulations is an asset
Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
1-2 years of experience
