SPICE is looking for a detail oriented, hardworking, committed, experienced superstar to join our fun team.
Experience: Minimum one year in related field
Job duties may include (but not limited to):
Full cycle bookkeeping
A/R and A/P
Monthly analysis of client financial position and formulation of financial statements
Preparing other statistical and financial reports
Calculating WCB, GST, and other compliance items
Preparing and processing property taxes and grants
Preparing records and documents for annual audit
Filing and other administrative duties as required
MS Office; including Outlook, Word, and Excel
QuickBooks (minimum of 6 months)
Strong verbal and written English
Superior attention to detail
Excellent time management
Education: Bookkeeping/accounting certificate/diploma, or equivalent work experience
Details: 15-20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This position has the opportunity of growing into full-time, as the business grows.
Remuneration: Hourly wage range is $17 - $20/hr, dependent on experience and education. Wage will begin at $17 and will be reviewed upon completion of a successful 3 months (probationary period).
