Seeking Info – Apollo 11 Signed Football from Autograph Collection
I’m seeking information, authentication insight, and historical background on a white-panel football from a private autograph collection, believed to be signed by members of the Apollo 11 crew.
The ball features faded signatures and appears to date from the late 1960s or early 1970s. This is not a common Apollo-era collectible format, so I’m reaching out to connect with space memorabilia collectors, historians, or autograph experts who might recognize this type of piece.

Located in Surrey, BC, but can share more detailed images via email with serious, knowledgeable respondents.
Any expertise or reference material would be greatly appreciated.

NOTE: I just got a reply of merit.. "It looks like your football was aboard the USS Wasp, which was the carrier that recovered the Apollo 11 crew. Unfortunately the autographs are all faded and very difficult to read."
