Position: Welder & Fabricator (Sheet Metal & Tube)
This is a long-term, full-time role for individuals who take pride in their craft and are looking for stability, competitive wages, and future advancement opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits:
Wages based on skills and experience

Major Responsibilities
TIG welding and finishing stainless steel and aluminum
Reading and interpreting drawings and design specifications
Producing accurate, high-quality work with strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Preferred Skills & Experience
3–5 years’ experience in welding and fabrication
Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Familiarity with common shop tools
Experience with grinding and deburring equipment
Willingness to learn and operate new fabrication equipment
Reliable and punctual
