* Custom made with hard rubber base so units can be used on delicate surfaces such as gym wood floors without any potential scratch problems if rubber wiped clean first. They can be used on any surfaces in any weather.
* Rubber base is bolted on with 8 galvanized 4" x 3/8" bolts permanently set in the concrete.
* The galvanized and painted strap / handle is 1/2" cable set permanently in the concrete.
* With minimal maintenance these units will last a lifetime and more. Very well worth the price.
* Use for holding down a tent or shade structure, trampoline, gym or exercise equipment, etc.
