For those with a car, you'll be happy to know that street parking is available, and we're just a couple of minutes from the Patullo Bridge.

This private, ground-floor suite has its own entrance and comes fully furnished with everything you need.
Bedroom 1: A queen-sized bed, nightstand, lamp, dresser, TV, and spacious closet. $1025
Bedroom 2: A custom bunk bed with a queen mattress on the bottom and a double mattress on top, along with a nightstand, lamp, dresser, TV, and closet. $1200
You'll also have a private washer and dryer in the suite, and the kitchen is fully stocked with essential kitchenware like a microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, and dishes.
About the Location & Household
Our household is a multicultural family of three, who live in the main house above the suite. We take pride in our well-managed home and our strong community ratings on Airbnb, where we maintain a 4.94-5 star rating. The location is great for exploring the area, with the North Surrey Sports & Ice Complex and several restaurants and shops just a short walk or drive away.
Rental Details & Requirements
Rent: The two-bedroom suite is available for $2300 per month.
Utilities: You'll be responsible for 20% of the monthly utility costs, which includes Wi-Fi.
Security Deposit: A security deposit equal to half a month's rent is required upon signing the contract. It will be returned within two weeks of your move-out date, provided there are no cleaning fees, damages, or outstanding payments.
Move-Out Notice: We require a 30-day notice before you move out. We prefer longer-term tenants.
We are looking for tenants who are clean, responsible, respectful, and friendly. We value honesty and a commitment to keeping the home tidy, as well as a strong focus on recycling.
