I am on a fixed pension, so my maximum budget is $500 a month (all inclusive preferred). I do not smoke or drink, and I always clean up after myself. I value a peaceful, tidy living environment and am looking to share a home with a like-minded, similar individual.Currently i have a vehicle, but if the location is close to a major bus route or transit, I plan to sell it
