Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced User Support Technician to provide advanced technical support in a fast-paced business environment. The successful candidate will handle complex IT issues, support enterprise systems, and ensure reliable IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Support and maintain enterprise-level systems (e.g., Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies
• Diagnose and resolve escalated technical issues beyond Tier 1 support
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices
• Assist with network administration tasks (VPN, remote access, connectivity issues)
• Document technical procedures and maintain IT support records
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve system performance and security
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior support staff if needed
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role
• Strong experience with:
o Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
o Active Directory and user management
o Network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
• Ability to handle complex and escalated IT issues independently
• Experience supporting multiple users in a business environment
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
