I have a pretty decent ready to go motorhome I'm hoping to trade for a toy hauler.
1995 Itasca 27 foot sunrise by Winnebago
Purchase from a friend a few years ago .It was well cared for with regular fluid changes , battery maintenance and startups . Has a 454 Gm with 99 k on it . It looks decent and runs well. It did a fantastic job on our last trip to Osoyoos.
Has a heavy duty after market anti away system installed on the front suspension. Which is awesome in the mountains and windy conditions.Rear air suspension functions well .
Front bags are disconnected .Wheels are newish and in great shape with a spare and chrome covers
There's no leaks ,significant wear or damage. There is a bit of a soft spot at the entrance doorway . Nothing crazy though , it's just from traffic. Rear bedroom with walk around layout. The awning functions properly and does it's job, the fabric has had some repairs taped though. Dash ac works good but need to pull a lever as the linkage is broke . I've coated the roof and waxed the body a few times .
Upgraded headlights . 2 deep cell batteries.
Replaced the dash stereo and a few speakers, as well as the secondary exterior stereo. It has a back up camera with great reverse lights and a brand new cobra CB with dual antennas. On-board generator works , two Tv's ,rooftop Ac , fridge ,stove newer microwave and electric water heater all work . Exterior shower works .I've never used the furnace or gas water heater . Was told they're fine , but I'd suggest a cleaning and inspection.
Have replaced toilet valve and installed a shut off so it won't blow up again. Glad I caught that before it rotted stuff out .
All in all it's a better than average unit for its age . I even have the manual.
Hoping to trade for a smaller toyhauler RV trailer . But open to a decent cash purchase
Value $ 8,000 ish maybe ....
