I like selling our Class C motorhome. Forest River Sunseeker 310.
I'm the second owner. The mileage is 93110 km.
Our family has had an excellent time with this rig for the last 6 years. We travelled to many places and locations, mostly in the states of Washington and Oregon along the ocean.
The main reason for selling is that all the kids are grown and busy with their own plans, including college, part-time jobs, and extracurricular activities. We had a hard time getting the trip together.
We only sleep and stay at the full hookup RV site every time. No outside shoes in the motorhome. We have had indoor shoes. We always keep it in clean condition.
There is one slide-out on the sofa and dining side. These are turned into two single beds when unfolded (two girls used to sleep). A double bed is located on the top of the truck cabin, and two kids are able to sleep there (two boys used to sleep). There is a master bedroom for my wife and me to sleep in.
The TV was upgraded to a bigger size and mounted on the cabinet, and it can also hook up to the smartphone or iPhone. There are two media players, too. The kids can watch movies from Netflix or Disney or connect a hard drive to the media player. We installed two accordion doors between the bedroom and kitchen. We block both sides when someone uses the shower booth. I replaced the mattress about 3 years ago. I bought a posturepic double size from costco.
The engine oil was changed five months ago. Transmission fluid was replaced right after I bought it. The front brake pad and rotor were replaced two years ago, and the rear brake was checked and adjusted at the same time. The tires' tread remains over 65%. All the grease nipples were filled up last year in the fall. Three batteries were replaced two years ago. The DC to AC converter under the passenger seat was upgraded to a larger size and higher amperage. It makes the AC power while driving. (used to use a TV, media player, and small appliances while driving). The generator was tested and fired up last camping trip after the oil and filter were changed.
A car tow dolly is also available for an extra $1000. BC registered and had a plate. I bought it with $1400 last year late spring. I'm a second owner and used it about 5 times, and now it's disassembled and stored behind my motorhome. Tow your vehicle behind the motorhome.
Please let me know if you need more information or details.
I don't mind negotiation, but no lowballing, please.
