2 new 6V golf cart batteries & will throw in the solar panel charger.
heater, hot water and AC all work fine, include a pair of 20lb tanks.

we tow it up and down the Coquihalla nicely with a Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.0L diesel = light pickup truck
hitch & sway bars included
No water damage from roof nor wall leaks, could probably use a caulking job this year or next on roof
Decals faded but overall in good shape, no known issues.
Tires and brakes still have another couple seasons on them.
Brand new awning purchased (waiting for a nice day to mount it)
Full tarp cover for winter storage
Loved by experienced RV owners who've taken care of it, blow out water lines in winter etc.
We are looking to downsize to something smaller for 2 of us as the kids are all grown and don't have much interest in camping anymore.
