I have a private room for rent (female only) in the beautiful neighbourhood of Panorama Ridge (Surrey) for $950 CDN a month + 475 damage deposit (all inclusive) starting either Dec 15 or Jan 1st.
The unfurnished room is the bigger of the two in this two bedroom/one bath basement suite which includes in-suite washer/dryer. You will be living with only one other person (female) who works full-time outside of the home. She enjoys reading, movies, working out and hockey.
Proof of employment/school and references required by the landlord.
No smoking, pets or partying, sorry!
Street parking available.
Bus stop a 5 min walk away which takes you to either Newton Exchange/Scottsdale Exchange.
