Crew Chief/Setup Specialist/Technical Consultant
Worked with 3 separate Professional Auto Racing Teams based out of Northern Germany on a "FLY IN" Consulting basis for races in both the NASCAR Whelen European Series and the LMV8 European Supercup at Raceway Venray in Holland. With Racing-Total.de I was responsible for the teams activities on practice and race day for the teams debut in the NWES at Brands Hatch, England resulting in a top 15 Finish (13th). The resultant improvement in the teams program from the optimization of setups I provided resulted in a 3rd place finish at Hockenheim, Germany and a first place finish at the season finale in Zolder, Belguim. I was also flown in by a partnership between Racingteam Heckhausen and Racingteam Bachor to troubleshoot the teams programs by going through and sorting out their Late Models for the Raceway Venray LMV8 European Supercup Race in August. Both teams made a substantial improvement in competitiveness due to the changes made to their cars, and what they learned about "the process" during my time working with them. Team Heckhausen gained 1 full second on their laptimes from the previous races during the season and Lead many laps of the feature. Racingteam Bachor gained .3 of a second from their laptimes earlier in the the season as has jumped to 3rd in Championship points from 6th over the past 2 races. They also won the overall raceday championship (total points over 3 races on the same day) gaining 5th, 3rd, and 4th staring from the rearof the field .The improvements resulted in a 5th place ranking in Season Championship Points.
