I run an online business with a team of ~10 people. We all work remotely.
We work directly with eCommerce stores providing marketing assistance.
I'm based in White Rock, BC and looking for someone who can train 2-3 days per week IN PERSON for the first few months - then working from home is more of an option.
We need someone full time with amazing attention to detail.

*A deep understanding of the time management and prioritization. With being remote, you need to be able to stay motivated and take action yourself on pressing matters.
*Experience working with multiple stakeholders. Relationship management is your secret weapon. You handle conflict well and always want to come to a resolution.
*High-level knowledge and experience in communication. You understand how to communicate in an effective way that identifies the real issue fast and inspiring others to create a solution quickly.
*Understanding of customer relation best practices. You'll be their main point of contact for support.
