Location: North Surrey, BC
Position: Part-Time (3 days per week)
We are a well-established janitorial company in the heart of Surrey, seeking an energetic, self-motivated Office Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Provide general office administrative support
Assist with project documentation and coordination between office and on-site personnel
Support marketing and client communication needs
Answer phone calls
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an office assistance
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Positive, proactive, and professional attitude and attire
Schedule & Compensation:
3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday & Saturday)
Competitive hourly wage based on experience
