Do YOU want to work in a friendly and fast paced environment that really makes life easier for a lot of people? We are on the lookout for an Inside Sales & Customer Support Rep to join our expanding team at SeeVirtual Marketing & Photography. This ENTRY LEVEL position has a STRONG focus on customer interaction, problem solving and attention to detail. Sales experience may be an asset but is not required for this entry level position. Are you motivated, smart, savvy and interested in gaining experience with a progressive, growing company? Are you able to work independently, keep organized and manage multiple workflows? Does this sound like the perfect job for you? The hours of work are from 8:30am to 4:30pm PST Monday through Friday.

You’ll be supporting and working with a mostly remote workforce and virtual team but we do have an office in CLOVERDALE and meet regularly in person. You will be working REMOTELY from home, but interacting with the team via video and chat throughout the day. It is crucial that you have a quiet home workspace to be considered for this position. You will be required to work the same hours and holidays as the rest of the team (8:30AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Standard Time) regardless of your own location. We’re open to candidates outside of our time zone, however, you’ll need to be a super-organized, communication rockstar in order to fit this roll either way.

BIG PICTURE

We are looking to streamline and improve our customer support and inside sales process, bridging the gap between successful sales, order entry and implementation. We need someone that is tech savvy, motivated, positive, super client focused and organized. You’ll need to work with various platforms, tools, and programs to make sure all information is flowing smoothly and going out correctly so that our clients have accurate & TIMELY responses. We’re huge proponents of creating replicable processes. We’ll need you to assess, review and create policies and procedures in our company wiki. This way as you take on more complex and larger projects, training the next person will be easy-peasy and it’s a snap for other team members to get answers if you aren’t available. We want someone that is always looking for improvements to make things better for themselves, the company, and our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You'll need to be resourceful and have the ability to figure things out on your own using Google search and other resources when necessary. We don't micromanage and need someone that is self-accountable and willing to figure things out on their own. We empower talented people who bring new ideas to the table to make things more efficient. We love for team members to take things and run with them… Day-to-day responsibilities Include:
  • Working with customers to determine their needs and identify solutions
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
  • Managing qualified opportunities
  • Generating quotes and orders
  • Taking and coordinating orders
  • Taking customer support and order phone calls
  • Handling organization of customer service tickets & requests
  • Understanding, assessing and improving on our customer service processes
  • Helping with automation projects and whatever else we need help with
(Excellent customer service skills are a MUST since you will be communicating with our clients, who can on occasion be demanding and impatient).
