Hutch Systems is a Fleet Management solution that provides E-logs and maintenance software in the transportation industry. We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our Fleet Management Software program.

Job Description:
• Cold call new customers to generate leads
• Answer calls in a call center environment
• Maximize sales opportunities with every customer using current selling techniques
• Communicate with customers on a regular basis, taking full ownership of the customer relationship
• Supports a selling culture to achieve goals and targets
• Performs follow up calls to solicit feedback on sales, and to promote additional products or services
• Provides coverage and assistance where required within the department
• Understand and adhere to all privacy and information management policies

What you bring:
• Demonstrates strong selling ability with the ability to make recommendations to customers
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize efficiently
• Ability to work effectively with ongoing distractions
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong computer skills
• 1 or more year(s) of customer service experience
