Location: South Surrey, BC (in-office)
Pay: $22 per hour
Hours: 32–40 hours per week
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support two related businesses operating from the same South Surrey office. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate tasks across both businesses efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
General administrative support (emails, scheduling, document management)
Coordinating files and information between both businesses
Assisting with invoices, records, and basic bookkeeping support
Preparing and organizing reports, forms, and client documentation
Supporting project coordination and day-to-day office operations
Liaising with team members to ensure smooth workflow
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Knowledge of CAD software is preferred (training support available)
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
Excellent organization, time-management, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a shared office environment
