These lowering links (also called dog bones) will fit a lot of different bikes to either raise or lower the rear end. In combination with sliding the fork tubes up a bit to lower the front end, suddenly your bike becomes much more user friendly.
These links connect your rear shock to the frame.
Measure the length of your existing links and compare that measurement to the above pictures. Going to a slightly longer link will lower your bike. A shorter link will raise your bike.
One turnbuckle link is set at minimum and the other at maximum to show range of adjustment
