The CTI team is looking for new staff in our production and finishing department. We're looking for someone who not only can take ownership of their own work, but also is a team player who can support others and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty to fix those intricate last-minute problems. Above all, we're looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with the team and make a solid living wage while doing so. Experience with using small finishing equipment is an asset but not required.
We are looking to train someone with the following skills:
