Amazing Administrative Assistant (Surrey)

compensation: $14-$15/hour
employment type: part-time

We are a successful Notary Practice that has recently relocated to Surrey and our brand new office location. We are in need of a dynamic Administrative Assistant (or Legal Secretary) for a part time ongoing role, which could lead to more full time employment in the future.

The successful candidate would have:

-Legal Secretary certificate/diploma would be an asset
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft office suite
-Pleasant and professional phone manner
-Experience with real estate and conveyancing would be an asset
-Additional language skills (Punjabi would be an asset)
-Car and valid driver's license would be an asset

The duties would include:

-Reception and administrative duties
-Greeting clients and follow up
-Opening and closing client files
-Preparing bank deposits and/or performing bank runs etc
-Keeping the office well stocked and organized
-Opening and closing the office
-Additional duties as needed
